The representation of Viventis through the Tree of Life

When you run through a search on the meaning of Viventis on the internet it would say that it means “life” or “to be alive” but as we look back at our organization’s history and milestones over the past 20 years, we could not help but share the true meaning of the Viventis Search Asia we know of today.

For us, Viventis not only stands for life, but it also stands for and symbolizes living which is best represented and seen by our logo and our commemorative 20th anniversary token which was specially created by Glenn Cagandahan who is a sculptor of folk imagery and a renowned artist who continues to share his craft through teaching humanities at the University of the Philippines Los Banos.

What does living represent?

Living for us signifies our desire to continuously improve ourselves and the clients and candidates we serve in all aspects of our core expertise. From helping organizations find the right talent fit (talent attraction), assessing and developing talent to help unlock their full potential (talent development) and ensuring that organizations expand their human capabilities through blending with the right technology solutions (career technology).

Not only that, as we celebrate this wonderful milestone, living for us best represents our desire to constantly evolve and be the driving force that improves the lives of both our client organizations, partners and candidates through assisting them in their endeavor to live up to their full potential most especially in the ever changing world we live in today.

Lastly, living for us means recognizing our employees and key stakeholders  who helped us reach our milestones for the past 20 years. At Viventis, we value and put people at the center of everything we do. As we continue to keep up with the changes in the industry, we will always keep our purpose of transforming careers in mind.
